Hazel JEFFREYS Obituary

JEFFREYS, Hazel Esther. Passed away peacefully on 17th December, 2018. Dearly loved mother and mother in law of Penny and John, and Donn and Shirley, nana to Elliott, Dean and Jo, and great nana of eight. Thanks to staff at Shalom Court, St Johns who have provided Hazel with wonderful care for several years. At Hazel's request a private family service has been held.
