Gillian WHITEHEAD Obituary
WHITEHEAD, Gillian Ruth. Born on 18th September 1934 - 15th December 2018. Beloved mother to Susan, treasured and adored nana of Zara and David. Much loved sister to Gary and Ruth, Mark, Jeanette and Vern, and Marianne. Highly regarded and respected member of the Torbay Friendship Club. A memorial gathering will be held to celebrate Gill's life and share memories of her humour, commitment and love of life at the Browns Bay Marine Club, 10 Beachfront Lane, Browns Bay, on Thursday 27th December 2018 at 2.30pm. Everyone who knew Gill is warmly invited. Please include purple or red to your attire if possible to demonstrate the vibrancy in which Gill lived her life. The family look forward to spending time with you and having you write in the Memory book they have for Gill.

Dear Gill
My loyal and trusted friend of 30 years. For me a good friend is like a star, of recent years I didn't often see you but I knew you were always there.
I loved your no nonsense attitude and life was to be lived to the fullest. Your enthusiasm for any occasion , project, and workplace contribution was infectious, positive and inspired others.
You were a 4 leaf clover, hard to find and lucky to have.
There will be a catch up - I'll bring the wine ! Say hello to Dave.
