Avis McCORMICK Obituary

Mc CORMICK, Avis Dawn (nee Cardno). (Service No. 511, WRNZNS, Wren, WWII). Peacefully in her sleep at Tararu Rest Home,Thames, on 16th December, 2018; aged 95 years. Much loved wife of the late Jim, loved daughter of the late Robert and Ivy Cardno and sister of the late Ian Cardno. Dearly loved Mother of Rozanne and Don, Christine and Graham, David, and the late Gail. Special Grandma to her 9 Grandchildren and friend to their respective partners, adored Grandma of her 11 Great-grandchildren. Our grateful thanks and appreciation to the dedicated staff at Bupa Tararu Rest Home, Thames for their love and care of Avis. 'Gone to be with her Jimmie.
